When you visit our office, we will gladly verify your insurance information and work closely with your insurance provider to determine the details of your coverage. We will help you understand what services are covered, any limitations or exclusions, and any out-of-pocket costs you may be responsible for.
Our team is experienced in working with a wide range of dental insurance plans, and we are committed to helping you make the most of your benefits. We will assist you in filing claims and ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
IN NETWORK: United Concordia, Delta Dental, Cigna and West Virginia Medicaid for under 21 years of age. We accept all insurances and file all claims.
How can we accommodate your financial situation?
In addition to dental insurance, we also offer flexible payment options to accommodate our patients' financial needs. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, major credit cards, and personal checks. For those who require additional assistance, we can discuss financing options or create a customized payment plan.
Cash and personal checks accepted. Will be a charge for all returned checks.
We offer 10% discount for self pay (no dental insurance).
